LOS ANGELES, Nov 20 — Christina Aguilera took to the stage at the 2017 American Music Awards to sing a tribute to Whitney Houston — but it seems not everyone was impressed. Least of all, Pink.
As Aguilera performed a rousing rendition of Whitney Houston’s I Will Always Love You to celebrate the 25th anniversary of The Bodyguard, cameras panned to Pink and caught her appearing to visibly cringe.

Reaction to Pink’s grimace lit up Twitter, especially since she and Aguilera allegedly have beef that goes back 15 years, triggered by a dispute over who would sing the high notes in their song Lady Marmalade which featured Lil Kim and Mya.
The row got so intense that Pink claims Aguilera tried to punch her in a nightclub, but she has since claimed that they have buried the hatchet.
After the performance, Pink was quick to clear up any confusion about her feelings towards her old Lady Marmalade singing partner.
“Yes. THIS. Christina f****** killed it tonight for one of our favourite singers ever,” she tweeted.
“This about Whitney, and I am in awe of Christina’s talent. Show the clip where I’m in tears, you negative Nancy’s.”
Naturally, Twitter users think otherwise.

To be fair, when the cameras cut to Pink again later in the song, and her expression had by then softened — she was shown smiling and applauding.
